Gonstead:

This technique utilizes hands- on adjustments and involves a measuring instrument such as Nervoscope and X-rays to identify the subluxated (Mis-alligned) vertebrae. It focuses on the structural foundation of the body and the conditions of the intervertebral disc.

Activator Technique:

This technique is an alteration to manual manipulation of the spine generally regarded as a softer chiropractic treatment technique which is generally regarded as a softer chiropractic treatment technique. It involves a small handheld spring-loaded instrument which delivers a small impulse to the spine.

Advanced Biostructural Correction (ABC):

This technique is a full-body, manual protocol-based method of correcting and optimizing the biomechanics of the human skeletal framework. It is aimed to detect and correct biomechanical misalignments that the body cannot self-correct as there is no muscle (or combination of muscles) that can pull in the direction needed.

Sacro- Occipital Technique (SOT):

This Technique goes beyond simple spinal adjustments and develops methods of correcting the Cranium, Pelvis, Extremities and Organs. The most significant pattern is the relationship between the sacrum and occiput which is the name of the technique.

Upper Cervical Specific Technique:
